Back into the pool, and now, twice a week. Today was my 5th session since we started again. My level of fitness and e-fish-iency have remarkably improved (without any specific extra training!). Now I can easily stay below 30 strokes per 50m length.

I was in the pool 30 min earlier, so I could do a couple of drills on my own.

12 x 100m (4 breathing every 5 resp. 3 + 4 slow fast slow fast in a 25m interval + 4 increasing speed on each 100)
8 x 50m breathing after each stroke, focussing on the body roll and "skating" on one hand
