Lough Neagh, Jour J - 2

Lough Neah, ma premiere distance olympique (1500m Natation + 40km Velo + 10km course), c'est dans deux jours. Mon objectif, 02:30h! Tres ambitieux, peut-etre, mais je serais egalement satisfait de 02:40h. Je pense tout va se jouer sur le deuxieme trajet,...
